Visualizations help customers to understand difficult insurance questions

For complex insurances a live-chat tool is developed that enables customers to look at the screen of the customer service employee. This enables the employee to explain the product to the customer by means of interactive visualizations.

  • Explain what the options are for the customer makes it a lot easier to give the correct advice.
  • Different visualizations are made for common questions
  • At the end the customer is explained what happens after the live chat is ended. What can the customer expect from the insurance company and what does the company expect in return from the customer.

My role in this project was designing the visualizations and making the chat tool in Adobe Flash.
