For the UWV Werkbedrijf (place employers and jobseekers to find work) I worked out different persona’s for the targetgroup “Wajong” (youngpeople with a handicap). To come to a set of persona’s, interviews with and research into the target group has been performed. I used the persona’s to make scenario’s and these are used for a new interaction and visual design for the website wajongwerkt.nl.
This site has visitors with disabilities and that is why the design has speakreaders and video to explain how the process of finding a job works.
